Notetaking မှတ်စုယူခြင်းနှင့် Mind Mapping ဖြင့် သင်ကြားမှု/လေ့လာမှုက ဘယ်လိုအရေးပါလဲ၊ အကျိုးရှိလဲဆိုတာ ဒီနေ့ မျှဝေပေးချင်ပါတယ်။

ပညာရေးမှာ ယနေ့ခေတ် လူငယ်တွေက input တွေ ပိုများလာတယ်။ ကြည့်စရာ ဗီဒီယိုတွေ၊ လေ့လာစရာနေရာ တွေ အလွယ်တကူရှိတော့ input က များများ ထဲ့လိုရလာတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ဒါကို မှတ်မိအောင်၊ ကြာကြာစွဲအောင်၊ output အနေနဲ့ ပြောနိုင်/ချရေးနိုင်အောင်၊ apply ပြန်လုပ်နိုင်အောင် ဘယ်လိုလုပ်ကြမလဲ။

စာသင်ကြားခြင်း/ သင်ယူခြင်းမှာ မှတ်စုယူခြင်း (Notetaking) နှင့် Mind Mapping က ကျောင်းသားတွေအတွက် ဘယ်လောက်အရေးကြီးသော သင်ယူမှုနည်းလမ်းများ ဖြစ်တယ်ဆိုတာ ပြောပြချင်ပါတယ်။ အထူးသဖြင့် အလယ်တန်း၊ အထက်တန်း ကျောင်းသားများ အတွက် ဤနည်းလမ်းများကို အသုံးပြုခြင်းဖြင့် အာရုံစိုက်နိုင်မယ်၊ အချက်အလက်များကို စနစ်တကျလေ့လာနိုင်လာမယ်၊ ပြီးတော့ ဒီလို မှတ်စုရေးနိုင်ဖို့ ဖတ်ထား၊ လေ့လာထားတာကို ချရေးတဲ့အတွက် ဒီစာကို မှတ်သားထားတဲ့ မှတ်ဉာဏ်တိုးတက်မှုကိုလည်း ပိုရရှိနိုင်ပါတယ်။

Mind Mapping ၏ အားသာချက်များ ကတော့

မြင်သာသော သင်ယူမှုဖြစ်လို့ – သင်ခန်းစာများကို ပိုမို နားလည်လွယ်စေတယ်။

ဖန်တီးမှုစွမ်းရည်ကိုလည်း တိုးတက်စေတယ် – အကြောင်းအရာများကို ချိတ်ဆက်၍ လေ့လာနိုင်တယ်။

မှတ်ဉာဏ် တိုးတက်စေတယ် – အရောင်တွေ၊

ပုံလေးတွေ၊ Keyword တွေ ထဲ့ပြီး mind map လုပ်ထားလို့ အလွယ်တကူ မှတ်မိစေတယ်။

စာလေ့လာခြင်းကလည်း ပျော်စရာတခု ဖြစ်လာစေတယ် – စာနွှေးချင်တဲ့အခါ၊ စာမေးပွဲနီးတဲ့အခါ ကိုယ်တိုင်လုပ်ထားတဲ့ mind map လေးကြည့်ပြီး စာအများကြီး ပြန်ဖတ်ဖို့ မလိုတော့ဘဲ၊ ပုံဖော်လေ့လာခြင်းအားဖြင့် စိတ်ဝင်စားမှု ပိုမိုဖြစ်စေသည်။

ဥပမာအနေနဲ့ ကျမရဲ့ သားသမီး သုံးယောက်စလုံး စာသင်ပေးပြီးရင် အလေ့အကျင့်တခုအနေနဲ့ notes ထုတ်ရတာ၊ mind mapping ဆွဲရဝာာ လုပ်‌စေခဲ့တယ်။ သူတို့ကျောင်းကလည်း စာ‌လေ့လာရင် အဲ့လိုလုပ်ဖို့ တိုက်တွန်းတယ်။ သူတို့ကိုယ်တိုင်လည်း ဝါသနာပါကြတယ်။

စွဲသွားတဲ့ အလေ့အကျင့်ကောင်းတခုဖြစ်သွားတော့ ကျမတို့ စာသင်ပြီးရင် သူတို့ နားလည်သလို ပြန် notes ထုတ်ဝာာ၊ mind map ဆွဲတာ သူတို့ဖာသာ လုပ်ထားကြတယ်။ စာမေးပွဲဖြေခါနီးတာဖြစ်ဖြစ်၊ စာပြန်နွှေးချင်တာဖြစ်ဖြစ် အထူးတလည် ပြန်ကျက်ဖို့မလိုဘဲ၊ စာကို ရေရှည်စွဲစွာ အလွယ်တကူမှတ်နိုင်သွားကြတယ်။

အထူးသဖြင့် သမီးအလတ် (Grade 6) က မှတ်စုရေး၊ mind map ဆွဲရတာ အင်မတန်ကြိုက်သူဖြစ်တယ်။ Academic ပိုင်းလည်း စိတ်ပါပါ သင်ကြားလေ့လာသူတစ်ဦး ဖြစ်တယ်။ သူ Grade 1 ထဲက စာနဲ့ပတ်သက်ရင် သိပ်မတွန်းခဲ့ရဘူး။ ဘာအိမ်စာမှ လည်း သိပ်မကူခဲ့ရ၊ သူ့ဖာသူ စာလုပ်တဲ့ typeပါ။ သူ စာကို အထူးတလည် စာကျက်နေတာကြီး မတွေ့ဖူးဘူး။ ကျောင်းရဲ့ စံပြကျောင်းသူတော့ဟုတ်တယ်။ သူ့စာအုပ်တွေဆို ကျောင်းကပြန်မရဘူး၊ ဆရာတွေက မှတ်စုအနေနဲ့ အမှတ်တရသိမ်းထားတယ်။

ကျမက သူတို့အိပ်ချိန် ညဆို သူတို့စာအုပ်‌တွေစစ်တယ်။ ခေါက်ရာလေးတွေဖြစ်နေရင် လိုက်ဖြန့်နဲ့ လိုတာလုပ်ပေးဖို့ ကြည့်‌လေ့ရှိတယ်။

အဲ့တော့ မနေ့ညက သူတို့စာအုပ်‌တွေကို သေချာ လေ့လာရင်း ဘာပိုသဘောပေါက်သွားလဲဆိုတော့ notetaking and mind mapping ရဲ့ အရေးပါမှုကို ပိုပြီးနားနားလည်သွားတယ်။

သူတို့က မှတ်စုယူတာ နှင့် Mind Mapping ကိုအသုံးပြုပြီး သူတို့ လေ့လာနေတဲ့ သင်ခန်းစာတွေကို ပိုမိုနားလည်အောင် လုပ်နေတယ်လို့ မြင်မိတယ်။
